About The Position
Ellsworth Corporation is hiring an Associate Mixer Operator for Resin Lab, LLC, an Ellsworth Corporation company, in Germantown, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, on-site position, five days per week. The operator prepares and processes materials according to batch sheet instructions, maintains product quality and production records, and helps keep equipment and the facility safe, clean, and organized.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification is required within three months of hire.
- Ability to read.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to learn to operate the assigned primary mixer and different machines.
- Ability to package products according to batch sheets.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and load non-hazardous raw materials into the mixer and set up equipment according to batch sheet instructions.
- Follow batch sheet instructions to ensure product quality and collect product samples for laboratory testing.
- Accurately record process data on batch sheets and complete other required production documentation.
- Perform general maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting to support a safe work environment, quality products, and efficient production.
- Prepare and package finished products according to batch sheet instructions as needed.
- Help maintain a clean and organized facility.
