About The Position
Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is hiring a self-directed, outgoing Mixer/Oven Operator to produce high-quality bakery products. This is a full-time position with an hourly wage of $24.00–$27.00. The schedule is approximately 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. The Mitchell Road manufacturing facility supplies the company’s 28 stores with deli and bakery products.
Requirements
- Ability to operate machinery, multitask, and interpret and follow precise instructions.
- Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB, and other regulatory requirements, as well as good manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities
- Operate mixers, ovens, and fryers to produce cakes, donuts, muffins, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Ensure a productive workflow.
- Complete production paperwork for compliance.
- Create a welcoming and safe environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
