Mixer Oven Operator _ Evenings
About The Position
Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is hiring a self-directed, outgoing Mixer/Oven Operator to produce high-quality bakery products at its manufacturing facility. The role operates mixers, ovens, and fryers to make products such as cakes, donuts, muffins, and cookies, while supporting productive workflow, completing production paperwork, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment. The position is full-time, with availability needed around 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The facility supplies the company’s 28 stores with deli and bakery products.
Requirements
- Ability to operate machinery, multitask, and interpret and follow precise instructions.
- Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB, and other regulatory agency requirements, as well as good manufacturing practices.
- Be dependable, arrive on time, and complete tasks safely and in a timely manner.
- Work as a team player and assist where needed.
