About The Position

Ellsworth Corporation, a global distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer, is hiring an Associate Mixer Operator for its Resin Lab, LLC facility in Germantown, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, on-site position, five days per week. The role prepares and processes non-hazardous raw materials according to batch sheet instructions, supports product quality and documentation, and helps maintain equipment and a clean facility.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift certification required within three months of hire.
Ability to read.
Basic math skills.
Ability to learn to operate the assigned primary mixer.
Ability to package products according to batch sheet instructions.
Ability to learn to operate different machines.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

Prepare and load non-hazardous raw materials into the mixer and set up equipment to process materials according to batch sheet instructions.
Follow batch sheet instructions to ensure product quality and collect product samples for laboratory testing.
Accurately record process data on batch sheets and complete other required production documentation.
Perform general maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting to support a safe work environment, product quality, and efficient production.
Prepare and package finished product according to batch sheet instructions as needed.
Help maintain a clean and organized facility.
