About The Position

As an Associate Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team and help ensure profitability by fostering genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You provide immediate feedback and coaching to maximize team performance. You own a key area of the business and may step into other roles to maintain operational excellence.

You collaborate with the Store Director as a shared business owner, with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand. You own a designated division of responsibility, such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling, and help the store exceed goals while delivering best-in-class customer service. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving at least 40 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passion for supporting the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when executing tasks.
• Champion new ideas, navigate uncertainty, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Director as a shared business owner and help maximize profitability.
• Own a designated division of responsibility, such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Support the Store Director with recruiting, training, and development efforts.
• Partner with the Store Director and management team to create a collaborative working environment for associates.
• Keep the team on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into a variety of sales-floor roles as needed.
• Provide immediate feedback and coaching to maximize team performance.
