About The Position

As an Associate Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team and help ensure profitability by fostering genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You provide immediate feedback and coaching to maximize team performance. You own a key area of the business while stepping into other roles as needed to maintain operational excellence.

You collaborate with the Store Director as a shared business owner, with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand, and own a designated division of responsibility such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling. You manage store operations, systems, and technology; support recruiting, training, and development; and partner with the management team to create a collaborative working environment. You help the team exceed goals and deliver best-in-class customer service, develop community engagement and loyalty through events, and work in a variety of sales-floor roles when needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passion for supporting the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities
