About The Position
This is a continuous recruitment posting to create a pool of candidates for future part-time Associate Lecturer/Lecturer/Senior Lecturer opportunities in the English Department at UW-Stevens Point. Applications are accepted regardless of immediate need. Successful applicants will be considered for positions on a per-course basis each semester. Teaching one semester does not guarantee assignment in the following semester. Teaching loads will vary between 1-12 credits per semester. While the position is listed as on-site, partially remote opportunities may be available.
Requirements
- M.A. in English
- Experience teaching English composition courses

Responsibilities
- Serves as an initial point of contact for students as it relates to specific course or series content and expectations
- Facilitates classroom, online and/or laboratory instruction for one or more courses, including assessment of student performance
- Develops instructional design and curriculum relevant to a course of instruction
