About The Position

The Associate Instructional Designer is part of Qualtrics’ global Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team, which provides onboarding, role capability development, and ongoing education for internal employees and partners in customer-facing roles across the GTM lifecycle. The Instructional Design team develops learner-centric, high-engagement enablement experiences and accurate digital content across multiple modalities, keeping resources agile and up to date as the business and its use of AI evolve. The role develops digital learning content, with an emphasis on just-in-time materials that can be produced, published, and updated quickly. It covers the end-to-end process for assigned projects, including content entry into the learning management system, beta launch, and launch support, with review from senior instructional designers at key milestones. The designer uses AI tools as part of the design workflow while applying instructional judgment to the work, and collaborates with subject matter experts to turn complex concepts into accessible learning. The role offers opportunities to build expertise in experience management, sales and services functions, instructional design, and the enablement technology stack. The team works across regions and has a collaborative culture, with a focus on professional development and influence on company metrics such as revenue, expansions, and renewals. This is a hybrid role: employees work in the office three days a week—Mondays, Thursdays, and one additional day selected by their organizational leader—and may work where they choose for the rest of the week.
