About The Position

The Associate Instructional Designer is part of Qualtrics’ global Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team, which develops onboarding, role capability development, and ongoing education for internal employees and partners in customer-facing roles. The Instructional Design team creates high-engagement learning experiences and maintains agile enablement resources that support business transformation. The role develops accurate, impactful digital learning content across multiple modalities, with an emphasis on just-in-time resources that can be produced, published, and updated quickly. The designer owns the end-to-end process and timeline for assigned work, using AI tools where appropriate and applying instructional judgment throughout. Work includes collaborating with subject matter experts, launching content through the LMS, supporting launches, and refining materials based on learner activity and feedback. The role receives senior instructional designer review at key milestones and offers opportunities to build expertise in experience management, instructional design, and the enablement technology stack. The position follows Qualtrics’ hybrid work model: employees gather in the office three days per week—Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day selected by their organizational leader—and work from wherever they choose for the remainder of the week.
