About The Position

The Associate Instructional Designer is part of Qualtrics’ global Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team, which develops onboarding, role capability, and ongoing education for internal employees and partners in customer-facing roles. The role develops accurate, engaging digital learning content across multiple modalities, with an emphasis on agile, just-in-time resources that keep pace with business and product changes. The position uses AI tools as part of the content design workflow while applying instructional judgment to ensure quality and effectiveness. The role owns assigned content projects from development through launch, including LMS entry, beta launch, and launch support, with senior instructional designer review at key milestones. It works with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content, and collaborates across a global team. The position also maintains and improves the eLearning library using course activity and learner feedback, and builds expertise in experience management, instructional design, and the enablement technology stack. The role follows Qualtrics’ hybrid work model: employees work from the office three days each week—Mondays, Thursdays, and one additional day selected by the organizational leader—and may work from wherever they choose for the rest of the week. The position is full-time. The Virginia base annual pay transparency range is $67,500–$82,500. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an offer.
