About The Position

This important role will provide technical support, business process improvement and configuration and testing of technical solutions for Human Resources. The individual will also provide end-user documentation and training to ensure an understanding of HR systems. It is important to be a collaborative partner to the business units and internal HR systems teams to effectively support and provide quality results. Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science, similar degree or equivalent work experience.
• A few years’ experience supporting business applications.
• Managing security accesses.
• Performing data analysis to identify issues and determine resolutions.
• Required discretion with access to confidential information, practice of SDLC and applications best practices.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries.
• Understanding of ITIL and ITSM methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of HR systems which support HR, Benefits, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, and other HR related functions.
• Adept at learning various vendor systems, including configuration tools specific to each application.
