A locally owned group dental practice in the Jacksonville, South Carolina area is seeking an energetic, patient-centered Associate General Dentist to provide comprehensive general dentistry. The practice offers an established patient base and four active hygiene columns, creating consistent restorative opportunities and a productive schedule from the start. Dentists use modern technology and have clinical autonomy to diagnose, educate, and recommend care without unnecessary micromanagement. The practice describes itself as ethical, team-centric, supportive, and committed to exceptional patient care and clinicians’ professional and financial growth. Both new graduates with strong clinical skills and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply. Compensation is a competitive percentage of collections, with significant production opportunity and the possibility of expanding the schedule as the practice grows.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active South Carolina dental license, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Passion for comprehensive patient care.
- Confidence in restorative and general dentistry.
- Motivation, productivity, and a growth-minded approach.
- Friendly, personable demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative approach and positive attitude.
