About The Position

Chewy is hiring an Associate Director of Product Management for Payments on its Chewy Health team. The role is based in Bellevue, Washington; Boston, Massachusetts; Plantation, Florida; or Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week in the office. It is not a remote role, and travel may be required. The position leads the payment experience vision, roadmap, and delivery for Chewy Vet Care Clinics and other Chewy Health payment environments. The product manager will create a seamless and efficient way for pet parents and care teams to pay for veterinary services and related purchases, including prescriptions and clinic memberships. The role partners with the Rhapsody Practice Information Management System team to align payment experiences with invoicing, payment collection, and receipts, and collaborates with Chewy Payments leaders to maintain consistency with Chewy’s checkout experience. The role owns the product roadmap from customer-first feature definition and prioritization through coordination with UX and technology teams, development, launch, and ongoing improvement. It also establishes success metrics, monitors performance, and uses data and customer feedback to evolve product requirements and experiences. The successful candidate will coordinate alignment and progress across technical and non-technical partners, including product, engineering, UX, customer service, Chewy Health, Chewy Core, merchandising, and executive stakeholders.
