About The Position

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to help clients navigate complex organizational transformations, particularly in the technology sector. The role leads high-impact OCM initiatives and delivers adoption strategies, communications, training, and other change solutions. It also involves partnering with business leaders and clients, mentoring team members, contributing to business development, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of OCM work. The posting describes opportunities to work across major cloud platforms, pursue certifications, and develop along vertical or horizontal career paths. Travel may be an opportunity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably technology consulting.
• Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Relevant OCM certifications, such as Prosci, AIP, or APMG.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Organizational Change Management or a related field.
• Process design expertise.
• Experience with digital communication and training tools.
• Technical certifications such as ITIL or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex organizational structures to deliver OCM solutions.
• Support business growth through proposal development and client presentations.
• Follow project governance and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop adoption strategies.
• Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members to support high-quality OCM delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.
• Develop and implement communication and training plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.
• Identify and address potential resistance to change.
