About The Position

This field-based and remote role supports key oncology accounts within an assigned geography. The Associate Director drives product pull-through in targeted Priority Accounts and Affiliated Healthcare Systems across the oncology brand portfolio. The role develops and implements strategic business plans, coordinates institution-centric programs across departments, and builds business relationships with senior partners. The individual will collaborate with regional, headquarters, account, and executive teams; build relationships with healthcare and non-healthcare partners; and lead account performance and communications. The person hired must successfully complete initial training, including home study, of no more than eight hours per day and forty hours per week.
