About The Position

Noble's Associate Director of Integrated Planning sits between strategy and execution, setting paid media strategy across digital and traditional channels and connecting it to SEO/AEO, content, creative, social and PR so channels work toward shared client goals. The role bridges strategy, creative and performance from concept through execution. For the foreseeable future, the Associate Director also works directly in ad platforms, building and optimizing campaigns alongside the Performance Marketing team. The position owns integrated and paid media planning for assigned accounts, including campaign plans, budgets, forecasts, audience targeting, channel mix, KPIs, measurement and reporting. It leads cross-functional teams through activation, resolves direction and workflow issues, mentors team members and is expected to take on direct reports as the planning practice grows. The role also supports new-business pitches and maintains planning processes and documentation. The job is full-time, primarily during Noble's core business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Nevada-based applicants are preferred; applicants in California, Arizona, Washington and Oregon may also be considered if available to travel. Travel is typically once per quarter for Production & Operations and may be once per month for Leadership, Sales, Account Manager and Project Manager roles. Leadership roles that drive on behalf of Noble must meet specified licensing, driving-history and auto-insurance requirements. Candidates must pass background and reference checks and document their legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
