About The Position

Noble Studios is seeking an Associate Director of Integrated Planning to connect strategy and execution across paid media and other marketing disciplines. This role owns paid media strategy for assigned accounts across digital and traditional channels, and aligns paid media with SEO/AEO, content, creative, social and PR so teams work toward shared client goals. The Associate Director helps carry strategy from concept through execution and, for the foreseeable future, works directly in advertising platforms to build, launch, optimize and troubleshoot campaigns alongside the Performance Marketing team. The position leads integrated planning for major campaigns, seasonal initiatives and launches; develops media plans, budget recommendations, forecasts and measurement approaches; and reviews performance to determine when a broader strategic change is needed. It also supports new-business pitches, maintains planning processes and documentation, guides cross-functional teams, mentors colleagues and is expected to take on direct reports as the planning practice grows. The role presents plans and performance reporting to high-profile clients and ensures work meets Noble's quality standards and client business goals. The role is full-time, primarily during Noble's core business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Noble prefers Nevada-based applicants and may also consider candidates in California, Arizona, Washington and Oregon who are available to travel if needed. Travel is typically once per quarter for Production & Operations and may be once per month for Leadership, Sales, Account Manager and Project Manager roles. Leadership roles that drive on behalf of Noble Studios must meet the stated driver's license, driving experience, driving record and auto insurance requirements. Noble Studios is a Nevada-grown creative digital performance marketing agency with offices in Reno, Las Vegas and Bristol, U.K. It specializes in brand strategy, digital marketing, web development, SEO, paid digital media, creative and content development, and social media. The company has worked with international brands since 2003 and states that it welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences and is committed to an inclusive environment. Candidates must pass background and reference checks and provide documentation of legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; Noble participates in E-Verify.

  • Experience developing full-funnel plans and allocating budgets between brand and performance goals.
  • Experience planning for clients with multiple brands or regions.
