About The Position

Triple Whale is hiring a Director of Integrated Marketing to connect ideas with channels and programs that generate demand, qualified pipeline, and new customers. The role owns Content and Performance strategy, investment decisions, and results across evergreen programs and integrated campaigns. It calls for expertise in both content and demand generation, strong creative and editorial judgment, and analytical skill in deciding where to invest. The Director will lead the established Heads of Content and Performance, setting direction, developing their capabilities, and holding the teams accountable for results. The role partners closely with Brand, Creative, Creator Marketing, Product Marketing, Ecosystem Marketing, Sales, Growth, and operations and analytics partners. The Director will build year-round content and performance strategies spanning content, paid acquisition, lifecycle, and conversion rate optimization. They will shape editorial strategy, channel and audience approaches, lifecycle programs, and acquisition campaigns. They will also lead integrated campaigns from brief through launch and results, align teams around campaign objectives and resources, and use experimentation, AI, and automation where useful. The role is accountable for marketing-sourced pipeline and net-new customer acquisition. It sets targets, allocates resources, establishes tracking and reporting, assesses results, and makes investment tradeoffs across near-term acquisition and longer-term audience and demand building. The position is remote, and the listed base compensation range is $195,000–$220,000 across U.S. locations.
