You will serve two critical functions: Player: Continuing to build your own book of business by selling North’s state-of-the-art SaaS platform and payment solutions. Coach: Leading and developing a team of Field Sales Professionals, helping them master the craft and hit their personal sales goals. We are looking for a passionate, high-performing sales leader ready to transition into management while keeping their own sales pipeline active.
