Associate Digital Sales Representative III
About The Position
ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell ADP Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies. The representative connects with new and existing clients and works toward daily activity goals, including dials, talk time, and appointments set. ADP provides sales training and technology to support the role. As representatives gain experience, they can have autonomy and flexibility within a set Monday–Friday schedule, conduct virtual client appointments rather than travel to client offices, and pursue promotional opportunities. The role offers uncapped commissions and incentive trips.
Nice To Haves
- Prior quota-carrying experience.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses are a plus; candidates with strong sales acumen may be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
- Experience with video platforms.
