Associate Digital Sales Representative III
About The Position
ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell ADP Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies. The role involves connecting with new and existing clients and selling products that help employees prepare for retirement. ADP provides sales training and technology tools to support the work. Daily activity is measured against goals for dials, talk time, and appointments set. As associates establish themselves in the role, they gain autonomy and flexibility within a set Monday–Friday schedule, with virtual client appointments rather than travel to client offices. The position offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and opportunities for promotion in a collaborative sales environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior quota-carrying experience.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing; candidates with strong sales acumen may be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
- Experience with video platforms.
