The Associate Contract & Payment Analyst role supports business needs by independently processing customer contracts and payments. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Intermediate English.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organization, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience working with contracts or in a contract-related capacity.
• Reporting and analytical experience.
• Medical device industry experience.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests to create contract records.
• Nominate and link contracts in the HCPE Engage platform.
• Partner with T&E Excellence and the legal department to create LATAM and International HCP consulting agreements and address other contract needs.
• Process invoices, check requests, and other billing requirements.
• Audit incoming requests.
• Maintain current procedures or instructional documents for the assigned cluster.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers by phone, email, and systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Work independently or with a team to recommend actions and manage projects through completion.
• Provide contract and payment support to a functional group.
• Monitor and track requests, project and system status, budgets, and task progress.
• Apply knowledge of company operations to assist in developing, implementing, and administering program or system guidelines and procedures.
• Update and reconcile payment reports.
