About The Position

Heredia Therapy Group is hiring a full-time Associate Clinician to provide in-person clinical services in Downey or City of Industry, California. The position offers a structured 40-hour work week and an organized, supportive private-practice environment for early-career clinicians and clinicians transitioning from a DMH-contracted facility. All clinical work is conducted on-site, and compensation is $30–$35 per hour based on experience. Clinicians are paid for all time worked, including sessions, documentation, meetings, and supervision. The role provides services to a diverse client population, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and psychoeducation. The organization emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, culturally responsive and ethical care, and opportunities for clinical growth. Guaranteed weekly individual and group supervision is provided and meets BBS requirements to support clinical hour accrual.

Requirements

Active AMFT, APCC, or ACSW registration with the BBS.
Availability to work 40 hours per week in person.
Strong commitment to culturally responsive and ethical care.
