About The Position
Heredia Therapy Group is hiring a full-time Associate Clinician to provide in-person clinical services in a structured, supportive private-practice environment. The role serves a diverse client population and includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and psychoeducation. Clinicians are paid for all time worked, including sessions, documentation, meetings, and supervision, and receive a consistent 40-hour work week. The organization offers collaboration, connection, mentorship, and opportunities for clinical growth and promotion. Guaranteed weekly individual and group supervision is provided to meet BBS requirements and support clinical hour accrual.
Requirements
- Active AMFT, APCC, or ACSW registration with the BBS.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week in person.
- Strong commitment to culturally responsive and ethical care.

Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and diagnosis for clients.
- Develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and family therapy.
- Provide psychoeducation.
- Complete documentation and attend meetings and supervision as part of paid work time.
