About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists for a new clinic in Lakewood, Washington. The role is for therapists passionate about patient care and clinical excellence who want to deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare, maintain work-life balance, grow professionally, and be part of a community. Therapists may work from home or an office and can choose from part-time and full-time options. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $90,000–$115,000 and uncapped earning potential. This is a W-2 employed position.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed and credentialed in Washington.
- Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
