Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
About The Position
The organization is hiring licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents. This W-2 employed position offers part-time and full-time options and a hybrid model combining in-person and remote flexibility. Offices are located throughout the area, including a newly designed office in Renton. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends optional, and flexible scheduling is available to accommodate work-life balance and personal schedules. Compensation is based on productivity, with a stated range of $90,000–$115,000 and uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
- Hold an active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
