Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
About The Position
The role is for a licensed therapist in Washington, with options to work part-time or full-time. Therapists provide care to adults and/or children and adolescents through individual and/or couples therapy. The position is based at offices throughout the area, including a new office in Renton, and follows a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility. Schedules are flexible; the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends optional. The position is W-2 employment with compensation of $90,000–$115,000 based on productivity and uncapped earning potential. Requirements
- Hold full licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
