About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Arizona who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists provide outpatient mental healthcare to adults and/or children and adolescents, with opportunities to deliver individual and/or couples therapy. The role offers a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility, flexible scheduling, and full-time or part-time options. The position is based at a new office in Chandler, with other locations throughout the area.

Requirements

• Hold an active Arizona license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
• Deliver outpatient mental healthcare in person and through remote services, as applicable.
