About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in the Las Vegas, Nevada area, near Henderson, to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role is part of a clinical team serving children, adolescents, and adults through in-person care and telemedicine. Therapists may provide individual and/or couples therapy and work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

This is a W-2 employed position with full-time and part-time options. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $76,000–$101,000 and uncapped earning potential. The position offers flexible scheduling and a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility. Offices are located throughout the area, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends optional.

Requirements

• Hold a full, current Nevada license as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
