About The Position

Heredia Therapy Group is hiring a full-time, in-person Associate Clinician to provide direct therapeutic services to a diverse client population in a structured and supportive private-practice setting. The role includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and psychoeducation. The organization provides a consistent 40-hour work week and pays for all time worked, including sessions, documentation, meetings, and supervision. Weekly individual and group supervision is provided to meet BBS requirements and support clinical-hour accrual, professional development, and clinical growth. The position is based in person in Downey or City of Industry, California, and pays $30–$35 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

• Active BBS registration as an AMFT, APCC, or ACSW.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week in person.
• Strong commitment to culturally responsive and ethical care.

Responsibilities
