About The Position

Heredia Therapy Group is hiring a full-time Associate Clinician to provide direct therapeutic services to a diverse client population in an organized, supportive private-practice environment. The role includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and psychoeducation, with a focus on clinical growth and confidence. All clinical work is conducted in person at the organization’s Downey, California location. The position follows a consistent 40-hour work week, and all time worked—including sessions, documentation, meetings, and supervision—is paid. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Active AMFT, APCC, or ACSW registration with the BBS.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week in person.
• Strong commitment to culturally responsive and ethical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and diagnosis for clients.
