About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and connect clients with solutions that support their financial goals.

The role contributes to branch success through client service, account servicing and maintenance, opening new accounts, support with everyday banking and digital self-service, and branch operations. You collaborate with other branch team members and follow all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients entering the branch; provide attentive and friendly service; manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet; and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
