About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining hospitality, friendly service, and banking technology to create exceptional client experiences. You help the branch succeed by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and supporting clients as they work toward their financial goals. The position is listed as 20 hours at the Benbrook Branch in Benbrook, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide attentive and friendly service, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; collaborate with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
