About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients find solutions to support their financial goals.

The role includes greeting and assisting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and helping clients use digital and self-service banking options. You also perform branch operations, including managing cash devices, while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position is listed as 20 hours at the Lindale Branch in Lindale, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients by greeting them, providing attentive service, and helping them feel heard and cared for.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
