About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role supports branch success through lobby assistance, account servicing and opening, help with everyday banking and self-service technology, and branch operations. You follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with other branch team members to deliver consistent service.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
