About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and its culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role is based at the Sunny Isles Beach Branch in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, and requires fluency in both English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
