About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to deliver exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through client service, account support, and branch operations.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluency in reading and speaking both Spanish and English.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share relevant product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
