About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using current banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position scheduled for 30 hours at the Arcata Branch in Arcata, California.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, potentially including management of cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
