About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining hospitality, banking solutions, financial technology, and attentive service. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This is a part-time position for 30 hours at the Hanford Branch in Hanford, California.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, providing friendly and attentive service, managing lobby traffic and the waiting queue with a tablet, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
