About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture by combining hospitality, friendly and attentive service, and banking technology. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This is a part-time position scheduled for 30 hours at the Foothill and Citrus Branch in Fontana, California.

The position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. An employment offer is contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
