About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by delivering welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients achieve their financial goals. The position requires fluency in reading and speaking both English and Spanish. It is a 30-hour part-time role at the Foothill and Citrus Branch in Fontana, California. The position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. An employment offer is contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients, create a welcoming environment, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
