About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to support clients. You will contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients pursue their financial goals. This is a part-time position for 30 hours at the Ogden Branch in Ogden, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment by listening to their needs and providing friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including using the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs, and other self-service options.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with other branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
