Part Time (30 hours) Associate Banker, Delano Branch, Delano, CA
About The Position
As an Associate Banker within Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time, 30-hour role at the Delano Branch in Delano, California. The role includes greeting clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts and opening new accounts, helping clients with banking transactions and digital self-service tools, and performing branch operations involving cash devices. You must follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act; an offer is contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients by greeting them, providing attentive and friendly service, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
