Part Time (30 Hours) Associate Banker, PCH and Island Branch, Wilmington CA
About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by delivering welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role is part time for 30 hours at the PCH and Island Branch in Wilmington, California. The position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. An employment offer is contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch; manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet; and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch colleagues to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
