About The Position

The Associate, Outcomes will join a dynamic team within Omnicom Media across our Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas and New York locations. The Outcomes team is designed to deliver guaranteed performance against client KPIs for opted-in clients across Omnicom Media’s agency portfolio. At its core, Outcomes is focused on delivering integrated digital investment activations with full-path optimizations against a guaranteed performance KPI. The team plays a critical role in maximizing investments, mitigating risk, and tailoring solutions to each client’s unique business needs, while upholding rigorous operational standards. This role offers significant opportunities for learning, as well as personal and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of advertising, marketing, and media principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams

Nice To Haves

  • Prior client service experience is a plus
  • Industry certifications (e.g. Google, Programmatic, Social platforms) are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support senior team members with day-to-day campaign activities, including media buying, data compilation, reporting, and partnership coordination
  • Assist in managing and optimizing digital campaigns across programmatic, search, and social platforms, ensuring alignment to integrated investment strategies and client objectives
  • Contribute to the development of reporting, insights, and presentations that demonstrate performance against guaranteed KPIs and highlight optimization opportunities
  • Help ensure campaigns adhere to client requirements, organizational standards, and success metrics
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks to campaign performance while proactively seeking ways to maximize investment outcomes
  • Develop a strong understanding of product positioning, terminology, and value propositions to effectively support tailored, bespoke solutions for each client
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve client challenges, deliver actionable insights, and ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen campaign recommendations and insight-driven decision making
