Associate Account Manager

Sola Insurance•Atlanta, GA
•$60,000 - $75,000•Onsite

About The Position

Sola is rebuilding homeowners insurance from the ground up, owning every layer of the business and pricing risk with real weather data. As they grow into broader home coverage, they are hiring their first Associate Account Manager. This role is for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, learns the business from the inside, and grows into one of the people who own Sola's most important relationships. The Associate Account Manager will own the day-to-day service requests that keep agents and policyholders happy, from updating a mailing address to uploading claims documents. This role ensures every request is handled correctly, quickly, and kindly the first time. The individual will be the person Account Managers rely on to keep accounts clean and moving, and will learn how insurance works by doing it. This role is for someone who is a year or two out of school and has spent that time in a high-volume seat, such as sales development, inside sales, or customer service, where they hit daily targets and learned to stay organized under pressure. This is not a cold-calling quota role, and admin work is not someone else's problem. The Associate Account Manager will close out requests accurately and on time, learn how policies, endorsements, and claims work, spot frustrated agents or policyholders before they become unhappy, and find small ways to make processes faster and cleaner. They will work alongside the Account Management team, with close contact with claims and insurance teams, and build toward owning a set of agent relationships.
