Associate Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Account Manager to join Club Monaco’s international franchise team. As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our international franchise partners, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will assist the director on daily needs, communicating with the partners on adhoc needs, while aligning to the brand’s standards. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding and passion for the fashion industry, strong sales and negotiation skills and drive to deliver results.

• Address partners' inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand business objectives, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
• Develop knowledge of the competitive landscape including merchandising and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, and marketing, to ensure all projects are being executed in a timely manner in the expected standards.
• Communicate with franchise partners on any updates on design changes, pricing, shipping alerts, etc.
• Attend bi-weekly and monthly touch bases with franchise partners and execute on actionable items.
• Communicate with franchise partners and liaise with internal cross-functional teams to strategize on product needs and developments.
• Collaborate with VM and retail teams to ensure franchise partners are aligned with each seasonal direction.
• Conduct weekly and monthly analysis on sales and performance.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations to track performance to support the decision-making process.
