About The Position

Broadridge is seeking an Associate Account Executive to introduce and promote its Advisor Solutions to large wealth organizations in the United States and abroad. The role focuses on omni-channel digital solutions for financial advisors seeking to grow their business. The Associate Account Executive partners with sales and account management teams and engages with clients to build awareness and understanding and identify opportunities for growth. Teams meet in person as needed to learn and collaborate, while this role offers flexibility to work remotely.

Requirements

• Sales background and a passion for technology solution-based selling.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related experience.
• Driven, with a strong sense of urgency and belief in the Broadridge mission.
• Ability to deliver high call volumes in pursuit of pipeline development goals.
• Entrepreneurial initiative and motivation to build new customers and expand existing relationships.
• Ability to overcome objections and bypass gatekeepers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Functional/technical skills with Office 365.
• Experience with digital tools.
• Process management experience, including CRM.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through phone, email, and social media.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
• Devise and implement creative outbound sales strategies to fuel growth and build the sales pipeline.
• Track and report prospecting and sales activities in a CRM and other marketing automation tools.
• Help manage marketing campaigns.
• Qualify calls for Account Executives.
• Partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
