About The Position

The Associate Field Access Director is a customer-facing role focused on providing coverage and access education in an assigned geography. The role works to minimize payer and pharmacy barriers for patients and providers by sharing accurate information about managed care coverage, payer policies, and affordability for Incyte products. It also develops local business and access strategies, collaborates across functions and with external vendors, and ensures activities and programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Field representatives are expected to call on customers in the field three to four days per week.
