About The Position

The Assistant Wellness Salon Manager works alongside the Store Manager to help run the salon, coach the team, meet sales and operational goals, and support a welcoming customer experience. Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, operations, or management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to motivate others.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for 7 or more hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to run the salon.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and the Salon Support team.
• Help recruit, schedule, and develop employees.
• Provide customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns.
• Keep the salon clean and stocked, ensure smooth operations, and meet health department standards.
• Grow sales and control labor and other costs.
• Partner with the Store Manager on promotions and growth.
• Handle cash, deposits, and customer card data securely.
